Maj has a cold. She is really pissed off about this. Because she uses hand sanitizer somewhat obsessively (and the rest of us do not), she is fairly confident there has been sabotage. She hates germs. Also? Her ears are stuffed up, something I didn’t realize until about 20 minutes into a loud-talking morning.
The girls had to get up early again this morning to head off to Salem for a second day of Soap Box racing. I got up early with them, packed them a cooler full of lunch, and tried to jolly them through the morning.
